A partnership between the Lynchburg Police Department and the Lynchburg Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney.

The training takes about an hour and a half and teaches you to recognize different types of illicit drugs and drug transactions. It also teaches you how to provide detailed information when calling in to provide tips on illegal drug activity.

This program allows law abiding citizens the opportunity to safely fight back against crime, especially drug dealing, in their neighborhood. You can call the police on crime occurring outside your home and be assured that you will not have to appear in court or have your name disclosed.
