Endangered Missing Juvenile
LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Lynchburg Police Department (LPD) is investigating a case involving a missing juvenile.
On October 16, 2023, at 8:01 p.m., officers responded to the Lynchburg Youth Group Home in reference to a missing 16-year-old juvenile.
Ella Christine Alexander (16) was last seen at the Group Home on Florida Avenue at approximately 8:00 p.m. Ella is a white female, approximately 4 feet 9 inches tall, 160 pounds, has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, maroon-colored pants, and wearing bubble slides. It was also reported that she has severe PTSD and anxiety. Ella has 5 tattoos; “Dreamer” with a star on her upper back, “Victory” on her right forearm, “Let Them” on her left collarbone, and a cow and medusa on her right thigh. She also wears brown turtle shell framed glasses. Ella has several medical conditions that require medications that she does not have with her.
