[UPDATE 1] Small Child Found Wandering on Park Avenue
LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Lynchburg Police Department has charged a child’s mother after he was found wandering on Park Avenue.
Suzan J. Jones (31) of Lynchburg was charged with Child Neglect in relation to the incident on March 9, 2023.
