[UPDATE] LPD Actively Looking for Missing and Endangered Juvenile
LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Lynchburg Police Department (LPD) has located the missing juvenile, Jude Powers.
Powers is safe and has been reunited with his family.
LPD would like to thank the community, the Liberty University Police Department, the Virginia State Police, and the Central Virginia Community College Police Department for their assistance.
