[UPDATE] LPD Actively Looking for Missing and Endangered Juvenile
LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Lynchburg Police Department (LPD) has located the missing juvenile, Jude Powers.
Powers is safe and unharmed.
LPD would like to thank the community, Lynchburg Fire Department, and Virginia State Police for their assistance with this incident.
