Small Child Found Wandering on Park Avenue
LYNCHBURG, Va. – Just after 3:30 p.m. this afternoon, the Lynchburg Police Department received a call about a small male child running into the roadway unaccompanied by an adult in the area of Euclid Avenue and Park Avenue.
The child is approximately three (3) years old, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and blue pants. His ability to communicate is limited and officers are continuing attempts to locate his caretaker at this time.
The child is safe and unharmed.
