September 28, 2021 – The Lynchburg Police Department is investigating a larceny that occurred at Belk last week.
On September 20, 2021, at 1:20 p.m., a woman entered the Belk store at 3415 Candlers Mountain Road and filled her cart with items before walking out without paying for them. The suspect is a white woman with blonde hair who wore eyeglasses, a black sheer top, grey leggings, black sandals, and a black purse at the time of the larceny. She drove off in a red Nissan Sentra.
