LPD Arrests Individual Following Indecent Exposure Reports
Lynchburg, Va. – The Lynchburg Police Department (LPD) has arrested a suspect following two reports of indecent exposure on the Blackwater Creek Trail.
On May 11, 2026, LPD was notified of an incident involving indecent exposure. A second incident was reported the next day. Detectives identified the individual involved, and with the assistance of Lynchburg Probation and Parole, he was taken into custody on May 13, 2026.
Dennis O’Rork, 62, of Lynchburg, was arrested on a probation violation, two counts of indecent exposure, and two counts of obscene sexual display. He is currently being held at the Blue Ridge Regional Jail without bond.
