Elderly Adult Reported Missing in Lynchburg
LYNCHBURG, VA – July 3, 2024 – The Lynchburg Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Edward Wayne Skinner, a 77-year-old male who has been reported missing. Mr. Skinner was last seen on July 2, 2024 driving a white Hyundai Sonata with Virginia license plate 6532RE on Wards Road.
Edward Wayne Skinner is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds.
