Firearm Violation – 1500 Longview Road
Lynchburg, VA – During a walking directed patrol in the evening of July 21, at 1500 Longview Road, officers conducted a subject stop on Raekwon Hubbard, a 21-year-old adult male from Lynchburg, who is known to be barred from the premises. Hubbard was arrested for trespassing.
An initial search resulted in the discovery of a firearm concealed in Hubbard’s backpack. Upon further inspection, the firearm was found to be modified with a switch, converting it into a fully automatic weapon. Hubbard has multiple prior convictions for violent felonies. Officers also located marijuana on his person.
