Man Charged in Homicide at Millwood Apartments
LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Lynchburg Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ke John McGhee, 20, of Richmond, in reference to the May 18, 2026, homicide at the Millwood Apartments, located at 6224 Old Mill Rd.
McGhee has been charged with:
- Second Degree Murder
- Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Murder
McGhee’s whereabouts are currently unknown. He is described as a black male, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds. LPD is actively working with regional law enforcement partners to locate McGhee.
Anyone with information regarding McGhee’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Lynchburg Police Department, Crime Stoppers, or your local law enforcement. If located, do not approach; contact law enforcement.
