[UPDATE] Vehicle Crash at Wards Road and Glass Avenue

The driver of the vehicle that crashed has been identified as Lowell Aswell, 70, of Lynchburg.  He was declared deceased at Lynchburg General Hospital.  The investigation remains active and ongoing.  No further updates will be released at this time.
