Captain Léger joined the Lynchburg Police Department over 25 years ago, after moving to the area from the suburbs of Chicago. He has worked in many areas of the department including Patrol, Criminal Investigations Division, the Crisis Negotiations Team, Administration Bureau, and the Emergency Communications Center. He currently serves as the Chief’s Staff Officer. When he’s not working, Captain Léger enjoys spending time with his family and church. His hobbies include outdoor activities, travel, and fitness.
